Can I make a Google calendar public to people without a Google account?
I have created a calendar for fellow officers on a youth board, but not all of them have Google accounts. Is there a way for those without Google accounts to access the calendar?

Natalia Popovici answers:
I believe so. Just change the privacy settings and use the calendar widget to publish it to a website or something.

Laura asks…
What suggestions do you have for using google calendar for homework?
Im trying to utilize my Google Calendar more for my college classes. I’ve been suggested to track in it my chunks of time to manage when to study.. But I quite don’t understand ways to do that. @_@ Does that make sense? In general, I’m looking for open opinions/suggestions for ways to incorporate homework and study time into my schedule.

Natalia Popovici answers:
A Google calendar does not seem that useful.
I myself would use Excel.
If you do not have Excel then use open-office.
Free at http://www.openoffice.org/
Excel is easy to learn and a very important part of every business.

How do I get Google Calendar to flow through Outlook if I have Windows 7?
Google Calendar does not sync with Windows 7… but I need to access my Google Calendar and E-mail through Outlook. Please let me know how I can get Google E-mail and Calendar to flow through my Outlook in the Windows 7 OS. Thanks!

Natalia Popovici answers:
Here is Google’s sync utility for Outlook: http://www.google.com/support/calendar/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=89955
According to the specs ( http://www.google.com/support/calendar/bin/answer.py?answer=98565 ), it only works with XP and Vista; HOWEVER, anything that works with Vista will almost certainly work with Windows 7. They have the same “kernel.”

Paul asks…
How can I upload my Ipod’s calendar to my Google calendar?
Unlike what Google wants me to do. I do not enter my calendar‘s events on my google account first, but, on my ipod’s calendar first. When syncing it only dumps Google‘s calendar into my ipod but takes nothing from it. Any ideas or am I just messing up somehow?

Natalia Popovici answers:
1) to get the system you’re using working, it sound like you need to closely look at the synch settings of both programs. One or the other is not playing. Check them out.
2) Or find a program that works on both the web and the iPod.
